Hon. Douglas Devanada, Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources has appointed top officials to the institutions affiliated to his Ministry.
Consequently, Mr. Asanka Nawaratne was appointed as Chairman of Cey- Nor Foundation, Fishing Gear manufacturing institution in the morning hours on the 03rd of February 2020 at its premises. Mr. Asanka Nawaratne is the Leader of Sri Lanka Mahajana Party and had been the North Western Provincial Council Member representing Kurunegala District. He is the son of Mr. Ranjith Nawaratne, Kurunegala District, former Member of Parliament.
Mr. Nelson Edirisinghe, Media Secretary to the Hon. Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources also participated at this occasion.
